FPGA Express has been very dead and very unsupported for a very long time. If you have a client who's insisting on its use, tell the client they will have to find you an installation and a licence. After this point in time Xilinx would not be able to provide to software or license keys to be able to enable it to work. Support for existing users would still have been provided for a period of 1 year. It is unclear why you want to use the very old FPGA Express synthesizer instead of the XST synthesizer in the current ISE software. Ed McGettigan -- Xilinx Inc.
