Barnard Rubble... kicked me to the curb where I belong yet again.
Barnard Rubble joins the likes of James Meyette, Tom Brewer, Joe 788,
John Carroll, Pete Logghe, and recently Bottlebob who prove on a
constant basis how superior they are to me.
Only a complete genius like Barnard Rubble would try to belittle me
with his superior knowledge over me and succeed time and time again.
Barnard Rubble has tried to post comments to my blog and I can't
"publish" them because it would show how superior he is compared to
me.
Barnard Rubble has gotten others to see what an idiot I am and now
they won't post comments on my blogs.
Barnard Rubble got my blog removed and I don't know how he did it.
Barnard Rubble has contributed more to alt.machines.cnc and
comp.cad.solidworks than me because his skills are far superior to
mine.
Barnard Rubble has been quoted by fellow geniuses like James Meyette
and Matt Lombard and I'm jealous.
For over ten years I=92ve shown that Barnard Rubble is superior to me
everytime I post.
When they come as stupid as me, its not really hard work to show how
dumb and stupid I am on a constant basis.

This problem is caused because you are an idiot.
http://jonbanquer.wordpress.com/does-haas-lie-and-get-away-with-it/
You don't know what torque is nor HP & I suspect
even RPM confuses you.
You don't begin to grasp machining or machines either,
much less simple shop math.
From:
http://haasportal.net/Portals/57ad7180-c5e7-49f5-b282-c6475cdb7ee7/DS_MMseries_US_7_2008.pdf
"33 ft-lb @ 1,200 rpm"
33*1,200/5252 = 7.5399847677075399847677075399848 HP
IF you are not at 1,200 RPM you need to look at the torque curve
to find the available HP at specific RPM.
You probably get the max product of torque & RPM at 1,200 RPM
on that machine (which is max HP too)
YOU are at 6,000 RPM, idiot. That's max RPM on that
machine & thus probably MINIMUM torque/torque-RPM product.
Manual probably has the torque curve (or power curve) (but with
your reading comprehension problems PLUS all the shop math ones ....)
Idiot.
PS - Thanks again for drooling all over your blob.

I explained this to him last time he blabbered about it. I told him
exactly where the HP is.
For how much he brags about his employer, you'd think they'd perhaps
have some better equipment. Ya know, maybe something that doesn't
stall on a 2hp cut, or drop tools out of the carousel. Then again,
things do get kind of skewed working in a not-for-profit shop.

In this case I found out that the max is actually at ~ 1500 RPM with
~ 8.5 HP.
He's been told about HP & torque several times by several
people but it never sinks in.

But he had the lube off, right?
It's his broom. He's not even an operator as far as I
can see.

Jon, how did Barn's wordpress blog get 7500 hits in 8 hours? I thought
you said it couldn't be done? How much you want to bet that he has
more views than you by the end of today?
So the question is, were you lying, or were you just that clueless? I
guess it really doesn't matter....
