I did a google on "convert slddrw to dxf". Maybe you didn't, but it
looks like http://www.softpedia.com/get/Science-CAD/swNSX.shtml is the
ticket.

Ok,  but this dll need Solidwork !

we don' have solidwork license but we need to convert slddrw to dxf / dwg
