How does FM Pro 7.0 determine the name that shows in the user name field?  I
want a specific name to show...it currently shows my name each time.

Nobody else appears to have answered this yet, so here's my attempt. 

I'm not sure about FileMaker 7, but in earlier versions of FileMaker
the User Name is obtained from FileMaker's Preference options, which in
turn gets the name from either a custom typed-in name or from the name
stored by the computer's system software.

In my experience, go to the EDIT menu, PREFERENCE, USER NAME, change the
name and see how you do.
