Exporting/Importing Table definitions

Hello,

We are developing a database with multiple tables. We want to move the
definition of our tables into one file.

Is it possible to import table definitions into an existing file? I
found people moving definitions out of FileMaker (using ODBC) but not
the opposite. Does FileMaker 7 allow the creation of tables with SQL?
