My web browser displays all database fields in equal width from the Web List
view.

Is there a way to customize the displayed field width of a web list? I've
tried to vary it using Filemaker's layout view, but the width displayed in
the browser remains essentially the same.

I am using Filemaker 6 with Web Companion and Instant Publishing.

You have run into one of the main issues with IWP - you have
nearly zero control of the way the information is displayed.

In Custom Publishing, you can have a lot more control, but it
takes more time to write and code correctly.
