Using 2 search fields: business unit and department.

Is it possible to dynamically filter all selectable departments when a 
business unit is selected within FIND MODE ?

Not in the real Find mode because there's no data to make the Relationship work.

Instead you'll need to have to use a set of Global Fields in a fake "Find"
mode, and then have a Script transfer the request to a real
behind-the-scenes Find mode to process it.
