Mac OS Leopard (with XP Pro on Parallels), FMP 8

I would like to know if I can export my FMP invoices in a format that
Quickbooks (PC - XP Pro) can import so that I don't have to key in the
info twice? I searched and found nothing later than 2005 on the forum.
