developer 6 win and mac
In list view I want to highlight the current row with a color.
I know it is done with a container field and a graphic color
in the container field but I am not sure how to script it or set it up.
Also I may want to view this as a table and highlight the row if that
makes setup any different.
thanks,
PL

Hi Pierre
Actually, it is surprisingly hard to do it that way. Fortunately, there is
a much easier way:
Say you want the highlight colour to be yellow, and the normal field to be
white on white background. Set the body part to yellow, make a rectangular
object the exact size of the body part in white, then format the fields to
be transparent. As soon as you click in any field, all the fields on that
row will turn yellow (excluding calc fields and fields formatted to not
allow entry).
Unfortunately, this doesn't work in table view.
