How do you make the mouse scroll the screen rather than records?

Use the "Hide Status Area" script step w/ the lock option ticked in your 
navigation script. This will prevent the scroll wheel from navigating 
thru records, but I do not believe there is a way to scroll the screen, 
at least not in Browse Mode.

By the way, it's good practice to design your layouts so scrolling isn't 
required. Use tabbed navigation if necessary.
