Hi peoples...
I was wondering if any of you had seen this problem - I have 2
machines, a PeeCee (XP) and a green iMac (OS X 10.3.7), both running
Filemaker. I legally own 2 copies of FM, one is Pro and the other is
Developer, plus Mobile. On the PeeCee everything works, but on the Mac
when I turn on IWP, FM crashes. It started doing this after I upgraded
to 7.0.3. I was using IWP, and had it switched on, and after I
upgraded to 7.0.3, when I attempted to go into the IWP menu, I got the
spinning pizza and FM quit.. I recently switched the copies around so
FMD was on the Mac and FMP on the PeeCee, and because this was a fresh
install, the IWP menu appeared with it switched off. If I click on the
'on' button in that dialog, FM immediately quits.
Strange, no?!!
I don't expect a resolution, but I wonder if this is just my machine or
a common problem - if it's just my machine I can live with it....
Cheers
Chris Nielsen

Haven't had any such crashes myself (10.3.7 fmp 7v3 on G4 533) but one
thing you might want to check is that personal web sharing is turned off
when you try to start IWP. Normally it should give you an error
message, and offer to switch to another port, but maybe it's crashing
your machine for some reason.
