Is there a way when using IWP that you can not have the horizontal
scroll bar be there.  I'm not using all of the space to the right of
the margin but it shows up on the web like a landscape legal document
page.

I observed the page width of the main frame is set to 2000px by IWP, i'm 
guessing its just a hard coded default. :(
