Is there a keystroke for NEXT RECORD and PREVIOUS RECORD in MAC OS 9
Filemaker4 and/or 5?
It seems the only way to access the next record is to click the "Rolodex" --
and I am Keystroke oriented... :-)

You can also use Apple-Tab and Shift-Apple-Tab,
BUT
you first need to turn off the MacOS's application switching keystroke
first.
Do a search for 'switching between open programmes' in the Finder's
Help and near the bottom of that page is a link to 'help me modify the
keyboard shortcuts' which allows you to turn it off.
