I've got a copy of FM 6 in German that I got from my university in 
Germany. Now, I'm in the states and I would like to let my girl friend 
use the copy, but she can't read German. Is there any way to change the 
language on a Mac? I know when they came out with OS X that they 
centralized some of the language settings, at least for the OS so that 
one can easily switch on that level.

This is only available in FMP7 v3. Version 6 did not have separate language 
files
