Hi everybody
I'm running a filemaker database wich is used by serveral persone,
simple sharing, no fmp-Sserver behind. At some point I make use of a
saved sort order that ist activated by a button. Strangely, all
clients are not able to get the saved sort order and quit the skript
with an error-message. Only the host-machine works prpberly. I make an
other machine the host: same problem with the clients.
Any suggestions?
Thankfully

Hi Simon
Thanks for your guess-work. I did some research in the skripts and
relations, but in fact, the skript that doesn't work consists only of
the command "sort fields". Perhaps the problems lies in the way FP6
saves the sort order using fix IP's. As may clients hang on a
DHCP-LAN, that would explain it.
The way I open the files (via host button, or via shortcut) doesn't
matter, the problem remains.
