Filemaker Server Advanced 8.0 v4 for Win

Network - Win 2003 Server

Windows clients

When working from a client the screen refreshes or repaints every 15 - 20 
seconds for no reason ... I am not inputting data or moving the mouse etc... 
just sitting idle..

If anyone can provide some clues on what to check or adjust on the server to 
stop this behaviour it would be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar problem on a single user Windows system running FM9
Adv.  Often, my two monitors will start refreshing as often as they
can.  This will go on for many seconds but will quit if I minimize the
FM window.  this problem has been there in previous versions of FM.
It does not occur on my OSX system at home.

I solved the problem by re-installing Filemaker Server Advanced - redraw 
problem disappeared

I reinstalled FMAdv v1 then upgraded to v3 and the problem occurs in
both versions.  The desktop icons and Outlooks Reminder window all
flicker as if they are being repainted.  Suspects include FM, Windows
or the board that we use to support dual monitors.  The flickering
will eventually stop on its own or when I minimize the main FM
Window.  When I bring it back, the flickering does not reappear.
