I am a new Filemake Pro6 user. Can someone please send me s simple email
script? I want to email quotes. I use Outlook Express. I am so grateful for
all the help I receive for you all out there.

Well, it depends on exactly what you're looking for.  You can write a 
simple emai lscript with no more than one step:
    Send Mail[]

But I'm guessing you'd like something more complex than that.  Please 
enlighten us.

I have designed a Quote to follow up with a phone conversation. I would like
to copy the record being browsed and then send it to my outbox in Outllook
Express. I would also like to be able to send a carbon copy to my boss.
Thanks for helping me. I am trying to teach myself FM Pro6. Its pretty
confusing, but I will keep trying. All the help you can offer is very much

If you want to email a Filemaker layout, just as it looks, the only way
I know of is iMailer. www.datadesigns.com

If you want to just send the data, there's a lot you can do without a
plugin, but it's a bit complex to format everything, and it still won't
look like the quote you've designed.

theres actually an apple script that you put into a folder in OSX that will
attach a PDF to a new email in almost all the emailers
I'm still trying to get in touch with the programmer so we can license the
script.
