Windows ODBC update from 3.51 to 5.1

I have been using v3.51 happy as larry and decided in a moment of
boredom to update to 5.1.

I am now receiving the error: "this datasource contains no visible
trades"

a quick google shows a number of people with this issue but no
solutions.

any ideas?

thanks

richard
