Getting ORA-27369: job of type EXECUTABLE failed with exit code: Permission denied

Hi

I was trying to set up a test job in Enterprise manager and I got this
error when it tried running the script.

I've created the script on a RAC cluster . It contains the following:

#!/bin/ksh

.. /oracle/.kshrc

env >> /tmp/t.txt
which sqlplus >> /tmp/t.txt

sqlplus scott/tiger1@PINFRA <<-!
set serveroutput on size 1000000
select 'Hello World' from dual
/
!

I've ran this successfully via the command line. Could someone advise
as to what I am missing or did wrong?

I had a look at metalink and check the points given there but I seem
to have them covered.

Regards

Justin

10g Database Configuration Assistant fails with code ORA-12546
I originally thought the problem related only to the install process of 10g 10.1.0.2 on Windows Server 2003 but I have now established that the DBCA will not run successfully when run on its own either. I can get all the way through the wizard and then when I click OK to start the database creation it brings up a window with a tick beside "Copying database files" and the item being "Clone database creation in progress". At this point it fails with error: ORA-12546: TNS: Permission denied. So I can't create any databases - serious problem! What could be causing this...

How to get SQL commands executed on Oracle database in certain period?
Is it possible to get the SQL commands executed on a Oracle database from a certain time? We have a system connected with Server-1 and Server-2. Server-1 uses Oracle RDBMS and Server-2 uses some other database for Data storage. In regular intervals, the application running on the System should fetch all the SQL commands executed on Server-1 from the last interval, convert if required and then apply these changes on the Server-2. I cannot use redo logs, as I have to apply the changes on a non-Oracle database. For this reason, I would like to know how exactly I can get the SQL command...

Code that executes AFTER exit
If your code has a "::Requires" directive, then the preamble code in the required file runs BEFORE your code executes. So if you had Say 'Hello' ::Requires 'test.rex' .... and test.rex contains: Say 'From test.rex' .... then the result would be: From test.rex Hello Is there any way to get a similar effect, but AFTER your program has exited? -- Steve Swift http://www.swiftys.org.uk/swifty.html http://www.ringers.org.uk On Wed, 02 Mar 2011 07:22:26 +0000, Swifty wrote: >Is there any way to get a similar effect, but AFTER...

Failed with exit code 65280.
Hi all, I've had a look around but haven't managed to find any info on this particular problem. Maybe I was searching for the wrong stuff. Anyway, I have a script that runs the flac and lame tools to convert between FLAC and MP3. Within the script the variable $convert_command contains the full piped command with file pathnames etc. This is called using system() but it always fails with exit code 65280 and the warning, "Can't init outfile 'my_outfile'". exit codes of background jobs?
