Location: Reston, VA
Duration: 6 months Contract

ement methodologies including ITIL=C2=AE, business
=E2=80=A2 process re-engineering, and/or quality management initiat=
ives
=E2=80=A2 Significant demonstrated experience with ITIL=C2=AE busin=
ess process reformation, re-engineering, and
=E2=80=A2 project management activities, with extensive Service Cat=
alog and Service Request experience
=E2=80=A2 Expert level experience in Service Now Service Catalog an=
d ServiceRequest design and implementation
=E2=80=A2 Expert level in Reporting based upon requests
=E2=80=A2 Expert level in Service-Now integrations to on-prem appli=
cation including but not limited to SQL and
=E2=80=A2 WebServices (REST and SOAP)
=E2=80=A2 Expert level experience with workflow creation
=E2=80=A2 Experience working with/leading process reformation teams
=E2=80=A2 Knack for uncovering and recommending timely and high-imp=
acting enhancements to day-to-day
=E2=80=A2 processes
=E2=80=A2 Desire to develop complex strategies to overcome cultural=
resistance to process-driven change
=E2=80=A2 Experience facilitating quality improvement efforts
=E2=80=A2 Excellent verbal and written communication skills
=E2=80=A2 Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills
=E2=80=A2 Experience with Service Now required, experience with Rem=
edy is a plus
