Hello Frank,
Thanks for your suggestion. I tried copying TNSNAMES.ora from DB home
to DEV home but no luck. Here is some more info about my system and
..ora files.
Out of frustration I Deinstalled and re-installed both database items
in this following order:
DEVELOPER SUITE first
and DB 10g Second
Please reveiw them and recommend any new ideas. I appreciate it.
