ASA Phone Proxy and conference calls

  • Follow

Does any one know if conference calls are not supported on remote
phones connected through an ASA phone proxy?

I have a user who is unable to complete conference calls their phone
proxy. They can place both calls, but they cannot join them together.
The user receives the "No Conference Bridge Available" message. Users
on the network can place conference calls without issue.

What voice protocol was it? A customer of mine was unable to send DTMF
digits over their SIP trunk [using RFC signalling] until we disabled SIP
inspection.
