Hopefullt someone can help.. I have a Cisco 2600 with 2 10/100
ethernet ports.. what. I am trying to do the following:
Ethernet 0/0 is configured with a 209.x.x.x number (IE 209.146.1.1)
Ethernet 0/1 is configured with a 10.x.x number (IE 10.1.3.4)
I have a server with a 10.x.x.x number. will say 10.1.17.1
I have connected a cable from the sever to the 10.x port of the
router.. I have the 209.x side of the router plugged into our
network.. what I need to do is when someone from the internet accesses
209.146.1.1 it will check an access list and see if they IP address
trying to nmake the access is allowed and if so, forward them to the
10.1.17.1 which is my server.. can this work and how exactly do I do
it??
Thanks...
