Hi there, 
I do not know if this problem related to my Win2K PC or the software
with SBC yahoo DSL. I have just installed the software of the SBC
yahoo DSL, and everything seems working now. But once that software is
installed, my winmgmt.exe keeps crashing. If I uninstall that package,
nothing is happening.
It is kind of annoying when I am doing the work. I am just wondering
if it happens to any of you, and if there is a way to fix it ?

Buy a router, strip that software off the machine, and be done with
it. You need a firewall anyway, so spend the $50 or less and get two
jobs done at once.
