Company: Capella Photonics is a two-year old start-up with series-B
funding. We have 18 employees, including founders. We have developed a
prototype Wavelength Switching Module (WRM) and are now working on
getting customers. We are in the phase of moving from engineering
prototype to manufacturing-ready and getting Telcordia qualified.

Situation: We are loosing our firmware engineer in mid-September and
need to hire a replacement as soon as possible.
