How does a microwave trainer work?

All the new microwaves that I've ever used cooked food perfectly well 
without needing any training at all.

What sort of "microwave trainer" were _you_ thinking of?

hi i was reffering to this equipment

im not sure of the relationship between the milliamp and the cavity and how
this indicates frequency of the mcrowave
