On v20.7.1...

I am curious why the cursor goes from underline to block style
sometimes, without me doing anything in particular to make it change.

This is in text terminal mode on a workstation without X-Window
support.

I'd like the block cursor always as it's a lot easier to spot.

Any ideas what's going on here?
