Another California Foundry

Claude's post reminded me of a foundry catalog tucked away in the
dusty shelves:
Tatum & Bowen, Dealers in Printer's Supplies and Type Materials,
located at 423 Clay Street (just a few doors down from the California
Type Foundry) dated September 1889. I have searched about every
university and public holding imaginable and this is, as far as anyone
can say, the only known copy of issue 1, number 1. As a bonus, it has
a trade card included. The booklet (7 x 9 3/4) includes numerous adds
for press equipment and sundries, helpful hints and endorsements, and
specimen pages of type, cuts, and borders.

I did scans of the front and back, the trade card, and a page of type:
