Why are you surprised? It's the font most familiar to the unlettered masses
who need to be informed of these new developments :-) . The post itself
seems to have gotten titled ("conlusions") by someone equally unlettered.

Apparently, they didn't get my memo... All physics announcements 
concerning the LHC should be published in Papyrus or Impact only.
Someone's going to get fired over this.
