Can someone advise me where can I read about PM4 packets to the
command stream the CP has to execute?(And may be some relative stuff)

I think you got the wrong newsgroup here. This group is about OpenGL, a
rasterizer rendering API.

It's a remotely related implementation detail on some vendor's driver stacks.
OP: you need access to GSL specs, good luck.
