I'm searching a fee free Plugin (Tool) which
can be used to open XCF images in Photoshop
and to work with that kind of gimp images in/within
Photoshop?

Does anybody know such a Plugin (Tool)?

I think the easiest answer is to convert whatever gimp xcf file
you want to work with in photoshop... look at the menu to
see what formats your photoshop can open
