[8.2] new AA in combination with DEPTH BUFFER ?
I read in Timothy Albee's book "CGI filmmaking, the creation of Ghost
Warrior"
that Anti Aliased pictures and the Depth Buffer (no AA) don't go together
very
well in DFX+, producing nasty (depth) edges.
He suggested to simply use a double sized frame format without AA, use the
Depth Buffer in DFX+ for whatever you want, and finally (50%) resize it in
DFX+.
Is this still a problem with the new AA in [8.2]?
