Study the section in the docs regarding Nulls and Parenting.  Basically, 
  a Null is parented to your object then the Camera is parented to that 
Null.

Thanks but I can't find on the docs and I don't understand.

I do this in shematic view by control and click
the camera and the null object. And nothig...

A null is created in the same way you would add a
light, camera, or object. I usually open the scene
editor to set up the parenting.

to fly a camera around an object;

"add" a null to your scene and parent it to the object.
the null should be at the center of the rotation,
probably the center of the object.

place your camera for the shot you want,
then parent the camera to the null.

Where-ever the object moves to, the null will follow,
and the camera will follow the null. If you rotate
the null the camera will move around the object
in a perfect circle, and point at the object all the
way around (unless you want to point it elsewhere.
