I finally bit the bullet and bought the upgrade to 9.

Is the public Beta working reliably?

Are they still allowing us to download it?

Is the actual release near, or is it still scheduled for the 4th Quarter 
(year unknown)?

Register for it on newtek's website, and join the beta program.
