I want to print multiple copies of the same picture, on to say a
single sheet of A4 semi glossy paper, and, cut up the sheet to obtain
the pictures. Just  the same way that multiple copies of business
cards are printed and cut out.

Can I do this with PSP ? If so can someone point me to a tutorial
please?

If it can be done, but with another software program, please advise
the program name and the source of the application details?

Open the image in question then File>Print Layout and drag as many
copies of the image as you want onto the print area in PSP8.  Same in
PSP7 except you'll find it under File>Print Multiple Images.

Also, if there is not a template suitable for the job it is an easy thing to
create a customized template.  See Jackie's reply to my question Subject:
