I am trying to get a large image to print out across several pages of A4  
so that I can cut them up, and tape them together to form one large image  
consisting of several bits of paper.

I can't see an option to make PSP 7 do this though, as it always prints  
just the bit of the image it can fit onto one piece of paper and then  
stops. Please can you help?

 Some printer drivers have this option. It looks like yours does not, so
cut your image into 4 page size images not forgetting to allow for
margins the print all 4 and glue together.
