I am trying to do a update to my psp 9 from with in the program via the psp
9 updates. The file psp901en.exe is downloaded but when trying to install
this update I receive this error.
The file C:\Program Files\Jasc Software Inc\Paint Ship Pro 9\igcore13d.dll

Technical Support would be the best place to go for help.
You can reach them via the E-mail Corel button at this link:

Hello Greg,
This issue may be resolved by completely removing Paint Shop Pro 9,
then reinstalling it. It is likely that you have corruption in some
part of your install.
1. Remove any updates to Paint ShopT Pro using Add/Remove programs in
the Control Panel. These will be listed under Jasc.
2. Left-Click on the following link, or copy and paste it into the
address bar of your web browser: http://www2.jasc.com/pub/ZapJasc.exe
3. A window will open asking you what you want to do with the file.
Choose Save.
4. A window will open asking where you wish to save the file. Save the
ZapJasc.exe to a location where you will be able to easily find the
file. We recommend the Windows Desktop.
5. Once the utility has completed downloading, browse to the location
of the saved file. Double left-click on it to launch.
6. From the Product Drop-down menu, choose Paint Shop Pro 9.
7. Under Actions, add a checkmark next to all 4 options (Uninstall,
Run MSI Zap, Remove Registry Keys, Remove Installed Files).
8. Choose begin. The utility will begin to uninstall Paint Shop Pro 9.
Then the utility will remove all other portions of the program. Note:
The files you have created, edited or saved with Paint Shop Pro will
NOT be deleted, moved or changed.
9. Once the entire process is complete, manually delete any remaining
Paint ShopT Pro 9 files at C:\Program Files\Jasc Software\ (or the
location where you had Paint ShopT Pro 9 installed if you installed
to a custom location).
10. Reinstall Paint Shop Pro 9 from your original Downloaded file or
CD ROM.
11. Obtain any updates by running Paint ShopT Pro and going to Help |
Check for Updates.
12. Run Paint Shop Pro 9 and note if the behavior continues.
Thank You,
Greg
