I'm glad someone is able to download this patch. After entering all the info
requested, the search starts and then never gets past the current page.
Anyone know any other place to get this patch? Anyone care to post it
somewhere?

HOW ABOUT IT COREL?

Do not be too quick to assume the problem lies on their end. Check
for Updates and the URL that Q & A Junkee gave you have been working
for most people, although some need a download manager to overcome
noisy connections.

If you want support from Corel, write techsup@jasc.com or telephone
the support number on the Jasc web site.

Tim posted 12 FTP addresses and 12 HTP addresses in the General
Discussion group of the Jasc forum on November 20, subject "Re: What
does this error message mean?" Try some of them.

Most of the rest of the world can do it. The Jasc User Forums
are full of people who have done it.

You need to fix the problems at your end.

Yes, I know some other places to get the patch. Here are a
couple for you to try:
http://www0.jasc.com/pub/en/psp901enp.exe
ftp://ftp.jasc.com/pub/en/psp901enp.exe

There is no problem for Corel to fix.

The patch 9.01 downloads quickly and efficiently. I used the update utility
that is part of 9.00. So far, I think they have fixed the bug with the print
layout. But I will test it more thoroughly. I am glad that JASC made this
patch available in a timely manner.

Actually, if they worked in a timely matter, Corel wouldn't have had the
chance to purchase them.

Thanks for your most kind & sympathetic response Kris.

However, every problem I ever have is always "on my end," (according to
anyone whose help is solicited). The FTP site worked. At least you helped
that much.

BTW, are you A.K.A. Uni?

Come on, ab, don't be picking on Kris. How would you feel if you were
hired by a software company to manage Paint Shop Pro, then the owner
sells your behind to some other software company who is also financially
hurting?

You're welcome.

Given that everyone is saying this, perhaps you should
consider the possibility that it is statistically significant.

You're lucky, since I'm not obligated to help you at all.

Isn't that what's known as "cruising for a bruising"?
