I am seeking a freeware tool for GUI prototyping, to simulate the
kinds of GUIs one might design either for a native MS Windows
environment, or to run in a Web browser.  Any leads would be
appreciated -- and if these are not the right newsgroups to be asking
this question, please point me to better newsgroups!
