?
His health isn't great, but the web site was pretty good.
Unmaintained is ok (if you're reading, dave).

It was a nice site to have with useful information.

You may be able to find his web site archived at
http://www.archive.org/web/web.php , also known as the "Way Back Machine".

Actually, I tried that for several months with a disclaimer on the site that
I could no longer maintain it nor respond to questions. The emails increased
significantly so I shut it down completely.

Most of the VB source code has been made available in the "Files" area at...

It's there! Archive.org is excellent. They have hits for Dave's former
site available and downloadable. A search for www.laser.com/dhouston
brings it in. I've been looking for the extended codes for the Stanley
Garage Door Indicator and they're on the site.
