INTENDED PROJECT FOCUS: General Project Related
Business and Technical Definition Gaps Analysis
related to testing development.
ANTICIPATED DURATION (BASED ON YOUR ESTIMATED NEED):
3-6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
� Perform definition and process flow "gap" analysis
relevant to the product and systems development life
cycles and to the products being developed.
� Develop test practices and cases for varied and new
testing environment levels (unit, system, integration,
QA, and user views).
� Define problems using root-cause-analysis
techniques, which explore varied alternatives, collect
relevant supporting data, establish factual
order/presentation and then draw valid conclusions.
� Research problems, analyze and resolve issues
relevant to the product being developed.
� Assist as a liaison between product ownership and
development personnel to facilitate the functional
development and efficiency of the application being
developed.
� Supportive to the varied project focus areas,
actively assist in varied (product, business,
technical, testing, deployment, training, and
conversion) requirements development, refinement, and
fulfillment (through acceptance criteria evaluation).
� Supportive to the Subject Matter Experts, assist
with varied requirements-based, client focused,
solution feasibility research and alternatives
analysis.
� Supportive to the Subject Matter Experts, develop
screen mock-ups used to be included within
requirements definitions (with help of development, if
needed)
� Supportive to the Subject Matter Experts, analyze,
design, evaluate, and recommend alternatives relevant
to project change controls.
� Assist with customer-care centric, client
deployment, conversion, and training plans development
and execution.
� Assist with risk, issue and project change control
analysis appropriate to the requirements flow areas:
definition, design, development, testing, training,
documentation, and deployment.
� Provide timely and up-to-date status reports of
assigned tasks and identify potential problems early
in the development process.
� Assist with developing on-line and paper-based user
documentation and client training programs.
� Analyze effectiveness of the developing product and
system life cycle processes relevant to recommending
areas of improvement.
� Mentor in-place staff members for skills needed to
perform more advanced business and systems analysis.

QUALIFICATIONS
� Bachelors' degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Business Technology (or related field of
study).
� 10+ years product/systems development related
project experience with a demonstrable track record of
technology and process analysis within complex
software product development and client deployment
efforts.
� SQA background and experience
� Previous business consulting, project management,
project definition, estimating, and technical design
skills.
� Previous experience with training and mentoring
in-place Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts
(non-business-domain skills).
� Extensive experience within business modeling, GUI
design, IUI design, MVC system development modeling,
process modeling, and process improvement development.
� Experience with integration of Rational Unified
Process (RUP) and SDLC methods is preferred.
