Position: Technical Recruiter
Location: Irvine CA
A minimum of 2 years in an IT HR, or Recruiting related field.
Minimum of 2 years work experience with demonstrated ability in developing
Recruiting and Resource Management requirements and functions to best meet
business requirements is essential.
Post secondary degree is preferred but will consider a combination of
knowledge, skills and ability.
Primary responsibilities of the Senior IT Recruiter will be to develop,
manage and carry out activities related to recruiting, sourcing,
interviewing, assessing and hiring qualified candidates.
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage all logistics related to recruiting, hiring and on boarding
activities for Technical and Non Technical staff up to but not including the
Vice President or Executive Level.
- Complete resume control and review, candidate contact, interviewing,
candidate assessment, advising candidates of interview results,
short-listing of candidates, conducting final interviews, checking
references, preparing summary documentation and extending offers of
- Identify potential candidates by reviewing resumes received from various
sources and participating in job fairs, internet searches, and presentations
to potential candidate groups.
