Skills:       Experience with client MMIS or claims management systems
              and/or Medicaid claims processing preferred; Strong testing,
              quality assurance and project life cycle experience.
              Minimum 2 years experience in application development
              projects with a specialty in requirements determination and
              design.

Scope:        Creates functional specifications and designs supporting a
              specific portion of MMIS or PCCM application areas.
              Identifies testing conditions and participates in testing
              for specific application area.  Performs project mgmt resps
              for assigned modification, enhancement and/or project
              requests.
