Skills:       5 + years general operations experience in manual mission
              planning techniques.
              Testing/test methodology experience, including testing of
              software/hardware to include unit, integration, and system
              testing.
              Software experience in Microsoft DOS, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, or
              Windows NT is required.
              Specialized testing tools exp (BoundsChecker, Microsoft Visual
              Test, etc.).
              Military aviation experience as well as experience in the use of
              automated mission planning.
