Scope:        This Minneapolis- based position will primarily be
              responsible for assisting in the development and delivery of
              a seat management services solution to a Minneapolis/St
              Paul based customer. The Program Advisor will be involved in
              a customer delivery solution that is complex/sophisticated
              in nature and where analysis of situations or data requires
              an in-depth evaluation of various factors. The Program
              Advisor�s tasks will include the development, execution,
              management and reporting of service level agreement (SLA)
              metrics, customer satisfaction surveys metrics, financials,
              and related post sales services. Extensive coordination with
              the Minneapolis-based service team, Austin- based sales
              team and Austin based cross- functional organizations will
              be required. The individual will recommend changes for
              business process improvements in the customer environment
              and program management functions to maximize benefits of
              achieving customer goals and reducing cost while
              streamlining processes. The program advisor will use
              professional concepts in accordance with company objectives
              to solve a wide range of problems in creative and effective
              ways. The candidate must handle multiple tasks and projects
              developed or assigned by others. The individual will also be
              responsible for ensuring customer invoicing is completed on
              a timely basis and accounts payables are properly
              processed.  The individual will also work closely with the
              DSP personnel located in Austin and Minneapolis.
