              Familiarity with lightweight development methodologies is a
              plus. This developer should have a strong Visual Age
              Smalltalk development background with at least 4yrs of
              Smalltalk development experience. They must be capable of
              developing in a team environment using Envy. Strong
              object-oriented  development skills and full project
              life-cycle development are very important. This person must
              be familiar with databases, preferably DB/2. Familiarity
              with any of the following is also a plus.

Scope:        The developer will be responsible for analysis, design and
              development for the back Office products. This person must
              be able to effectively communicate with both Development and
              the customer to resolve customer project tasks.
