Description:   MANDATORY Requirements:  



1.  Four years hands- on programming experience using Oracle RDBMS, including at least two years experience using Oracle RDBMS 8i on large databases (50 or more Oracle tables).

2 Four years experience in developing Oracle forms, including at least two years using Oracle 6i Web Forms in an 'N' tier environment.

3. Four years experience in developing Oracle reports, including at least two years using Oracle 6i Web reports.

4. Four years experience using PL/SQL

5. Two years experience using Oracle Designer, including at least 1 year on Designer 6, for creating application tables, packages, procedures, views, and triggers

6.  Two years experience working in a Unix environment, including experience in the development of korn shell script.

7.  At least one year of demonstrated Oracle application development experience on a CITRIX platform.



 DESIRABLE Experience Listed in order of importance:



1. Demonstrated experience developing Oracle 6i forms and PL/SQL packages, triggers, and routines, by using updateable and read-only database views.  

2. Demonstrated Oracle 8i programming experience using multiple application schemas simultaneously in the same programming routine.

3. Demonstrated Oracle application development experience employing Oracle's Rapid Application Development (RAD) technology, Oracle forms toolbars, templates, and libraries.

4.  Demonstrated experience working on a project team developing and Implementing large, complex projects (i.e. where system functions cross organizational boundaries, access multiple application schemas and interface with several other business operating applications) in an Oracle environment.

5.  Demonstrated effective English communication skills, both verbal and written.

6.  Experience in development of user help, either on-line or off-line

7.  Experience in developing and executing Test plans and documenting the results
