Duration:     300hrs

Skills:       Exp in system analysis and design.
              Exp working with functional users in defining, modeling, and
              documenting functional business requirements.
              Must be proficient in MS Word and Visio.
              Must be able to work with minimal guidance and provide
              constructive feedback.
              Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
              Must provide weekly status report to Bingo and IT
              management.
              Knowledge of Oracle Forms & Reports (6i and higher), PL/SQL,
              and Oracle database (8i and higher).
              Exp with Use Case modeling.


Scope:        Review the Automated Charitable Bingo System and develop
              functional requirements required as a result of recent
              legislation. Gather detailed requirements and write a clear,
              concise detailed system requirements specification document
              in accordance with agency guidelines and standards. .
              Assist in the subsequent system testing. Works under the
              direction of the IT project managers. Other duties as
              assigned.
