Skills:       Degree in Architecture plus 8yrs exp in building facility
              plan preparation.
              5yrs exp Architectural or Engineering CADD workstations and
              applications (AutoCAD 2000 or 2004 exp required).
              5yrs exp in building construction field work procedures.
              5yrs exp Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS).
              5yrs exp computer-aided drafting and design system layering
              standards.
              5yrs exp in building project production document scheduling
              procedures.
              5yrs exp in building code standards.
              5yrs exp in construction document techniques and
              requirements.
              Working knowledge of building system design and operations
              methods.


Scope:        CADD Designer will work under the direction of a licensed
              professional engineer or registered architect. The CADD
              Designer shall receive project assignments, determine work
              requirements to complete project plans and coordinate
              scheduling to accommodate projects already underway. CADD
              Designer will design detail and plan components for projects
              and sketches of plans, layouts and sections utilizing CADD
              or manual design. CADD Designer will review and compile
              complete plan packages for submission to the engineer or
              architect for review, seal, and
              signature. CADD Designer will produce CADD documents for
              complex architectural and engineering building projects from
              initiation to completion. Coordinate design work among
              client entities.
