Skills:       BS, BA or BBA in Accounting; CPA required.
              8-10yrs exp with minimum 3 years Big 4 experience.
              Exp as Operations/business unit controller with a Fortune 1000,
              publicly traded services/BPO company.
              Exp with healthcare or state Government.
              5yrs exp in managing an accounting department responsible for
              oversight of month end close, compliance with GAAP, FAR and other
              accounting regulations, financial reporting and analysis, cost
              modeling and budgeting/forecasting/planning.
              Exp establishing and implementing policies, procedures and
              internal controls�operational as well as financial.
              Exp with grounds up development/program start up of accounting
              department/operations.
              Exp with operations management and supporting executive
              management.
              Exp with contract administration
              Exp with strategic business and financial analysis
              Strong PC and accounting systems capability
              Exposure to JDEdwards and Hyperion
              Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills
              Sound business judgment
              Strong management experience
              Leadership abilities; Team player; interaction with operations
              leadership and executives.
              Exp in working directly with customer executives

Scope:        Under limited supervision, the incumbent oversees accounting
              operations and financial reporting/planning for a very
              large, complex contract with annual revenues of $90+
              million; Planning and oversight of quarterly re-forecasting
              and annual budgeting for the BU including setting
              guidelines, deadlines and policies; Heavy interaction with
              BU operations on operational, contract and financial issues.
              Supports CFO and Managing Director in a variety of business
              issues; Ensures sound internal controls and segregation of
              duties; Manage staff of 7.
